He has a demonstrated history of working in the Industry in many operations roles, with a strong professional background in Operations Management, Engineering, Project Management, Continuous Improvement.
As a result of his experience and practical resources, he had added substantial value to operations on several businesses.

An integration API Specialist, Sodre has architected omnichannel and Point of Sales (POS) software for banks. He also has extensive experience as a Blockchain engineer of Ethereum Smart Contracts and private blockchains with Multichain. He has architected the integration between POS and blockchain in a revolutionary point reward system.

Mr. Leao holds MBA Degrees from the University of Michigan (USA) and University of Warwick (England).

Maria Fernanda Rohden Scavenio
DIRECTOR
Ms. Rohden, age 37, has a Bachelor in International Affairs by UDC in Iguazu Falls, Brazil. She has worked for more than 18 years in the luxury industry for companies like Orient Express, Carlson Wagonlit Travel, H. Stern and VARIG driving revenues for major brands in South America and Europe. For the last two years she has been working as a Life Coach, being trained by the top coaches in the world and training others. She is fluent in Portuguese, Spanish and English.
